I joined BB Investments as a Social Media Executive—not a full-stack developer, designer, media house, or multi-brand content factory. If there had been even a basic knowledge, you’d know a Social Media Executive doesn’t build websites, manage YouTube channels, design thumbnails, or act as an all-in-one media house. Yet, for five months, I was pushed far beyond the agreed scope: Website development without consent or mention during onboarding 50+ creatives daily with no regard for hours, or basic human bandwidth. All that for a CHUTIYA instagram page. Logo design for unrelated brands, YouTube management,—none of which fell under my role Still, I delivered. I adapted. I complied—even when the work culture became exploitative. Since professional ethics weren’t extended to me, I don’t owe blind compliance in return. The admin access to the website I was pushed to build against role scope remains with me until my dues—every last rupee—are cleared. I am well within my right to claim what is rightfully owed to me for the work I performed. Let me be clear - a WFH role does not give any company the Fucking right to control anyone's life entirely. Flexibility does not mean 24/7 availability. It certainly doesn’t mean stripping someone of their personal time.
